Important booking details for Pension Pitze

Have a worriless holiday

So that you are guaranteed to spend a worriless vacation here with us in Sölden, cleanliness and hygiene are our top priorities. We also ask you to strictly adhere to the 2 must-haves rule (vaccinated, recovered) and the current Corona safety measures. Please find all further details here.


Prices and Resort Tax

All room prices are in EURO per person and day inclusive of breakfast buffet. The resort tax is NOT included.
The resort tax of € 3.50 is charged separately. Children up to 15 years are free of charge.

 

Short Stay Supplement

With bookings up to 4 days we charge a 10 % short stay surcharge.

Single Room Supplement

We charge a daily supplement of € 10.00 per day for single rooms.

Child Discount

Child discounts are available on request.

Check-in / check-out

Your room is ready from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. If you check-in later than 6.00 pm please inform us in advance.
On your departure day we kindly ask you to leave your room by 9:30 am.

Smoking

Our guesthouse is an absolute non-smoking area. Enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or outside in front of the house.

Pets

Pets are allowed only on prior arrangement. Dogs are permitted for an extra charge.

Payment Options

We only accept cash payment. Sorry no EC cards or credit cards.

Cancellation Terms

  • Up to 3 months prior to arrival free of charge
  • Up to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
  • Up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
  • Within the last week prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount

COVID-19 INFORMATION: In the event of an official travel warning issued by the national authorities, reservations will be canceled free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. We strongly recommend to take out European Travel Insurance – as it also covers travel interruption etc. in case of Covid-19 disease. Click here for European Travel Insurance.
